You may be eligible for a refund for your purchase in our apps, including subscriptions. However, we do not handle payments or subscriptions. Google Play manages payments and refunds. So, you should contact Google Play to ask for a refund.

Instructions to request a refund

Step 1: Access Refund Portal

Step 2: Enter the Details

  • Request your Google Play refund
  • Then confirm the account used to make the purchase
  • Follow the instructions

Step 3: Submit your request

If a refund is issued to your account, you will lose access to the premium features available with your subscription.
